Black armpit

How do you consider a person with dark armpits? One of my friends does. I wanted to give her an advise in a more pleasant way but im afraid if it would held up a high temper and not to talk to me at her anger. How can i start in this conversation. I dont want somebody to laugh at her at a point that she likes to wear sleeveless.

There's really no easy way to tell somebody this. I guess we should just tell it as it is in the nicest tone. Some people just have dark armpits and it's not their fault unless they apply so many stuff there that darkens it.:)
