Black armpit

How do you consider a person with dark armpits? One of my friends does. I wanted to give her an advise in a more pleasant way but im afraid if it would held up a high temper and not to talk to me at her anger. How can i start in this conversation. I dont want somebody to laugh at her at a point that she likes to wear sleeveless.
Having these kind of armpits may sounds unhealthy.
what can be done to resolve from having this problem? do you have some hints to unlock this problem?

It is really an embarrassing thing to talk about it to a friend with black armpit. If you do so, you will annoy that person. So what to do? A better way is for herself to discover it. Do you think that it will be more acceptable?

I dont have any idea about it. Even just with my sister if i tease her about having dark underarms, usually happened into quick response of anger. So I dont have any idea on how to approach my friend for this. Maybe like what you have mentioned that it is better to see the problem for herself first then at time that she will enable to bring up the topic so maybe it is the best time to take my part as a friend...
