PUK for T-Mobile phone

I got a Samsung Galaxy Exhibit and somehow my son got a hold of it and got the sim card blocked. All signs lead to me having to call t-mobile and I really think that is my best bet but I can't because the account isn't in my name. How can I unlock my sim card without dealing with t-mobile?

maybe you can ask whoever is the registered owner the puk codes.im sure he/she can get that for you at the telecom company.
