Before you can apply for a job here in Quezon CIty you need to complete the following.frist just like what I did you need to go to your local Barrangay office to get Brgy.Clearance. and you cannot get that here if you are not voters in their town. Then next I get cedula in City hall. I thought when I said I am unEmployed I will pay smaller tax than those who are working but I was surprise I paid more than $1 .and it was only march . Then NBI (National Bureau of Investigation clearance . made many resume and take a photo. Then i thought it is already enough I pass in one of agency here. but I was required to complete my requirements. They required me beside of NBI I still need to get Police clearance and occupational permit. Police clearance is about $7 dollars here. and occupation permit includes health permit. so it cost around $9 dollars.Plus the transportation going to city hall which is far from our place. will took about $3 dollars going there . So imagine here. You cannot be qualified to be applicant if you do not have all I mentioned above.and that is only the first step for job hunting. In subic they only required nbi and brgy clearance only. because birth certificate and credentials is what they are looking for. so here it will take almost a week to complete all the requirements before you can apply. see that amount. Our government gains big revenue from this.

In addition to that, there are certain officers that needs to be bribed in order to process your papers or get them fast. It really disappoints me everytime I hear about this sort of things. People looking for jobs tends to produce money in order for them to earn money.

I believe this post would help fellow job hunters/applicants in getting to know how much they need to shell out to even be eligible for a certain position or job. All the things you mentioned here are quite true and I've experienced them myself during the several times I did go that route. Just a word of advise though, if you can make your post more grammatically correct or at least sequenced logically for better understanding then readers would definitely appreciate it more.

Oh, If that's the case then that is such a disappointment. When I had my first job, I was required to get some government identification such as NBI Clearance and also an SSS. But it was only few. Here in Tacloban City, I saw in their Job requirements ONE must have a Police Clearance or NBI Clearance, Some also requires you to get a Health Certificate. Well this is life. One must adhere to it. Think of it as a form of investing in your job. Yeah the Government gains big revenue, it is certain. Remember it is not only you who is being charged, all of the people too. That's why this upcoming election Think wisely on who will you vote for.
