Anyone can help me recover my yahoo account

Hi fellow mylotters! I was logging into my account the other day but my password doesn't work. I have to answer security question which I believe I never fill up in the first place, so definitely I have no idea of the answer to that question. I haven't link my yahoo to other yahoo. How can I recover it, is there any solution? I can't contact yahoo Philippines because we have no toll free yahoo customer support here. I badly need that account. Can anyone tell me what to do, anyone experience the same, what did you do to have your yahoo back. thanks
