Need advice on a financial fiasco - Please help!!

I very ambitiously got into some savings and stuff hoping to balance my expenses and a loan that is hanging around my neck for a while now. For a few months though, Though I am doing ok for expenses, I am not really able to set aside payments to 3 different outstandings and am fed up of worrying about what do to. I am considering taking one big loan and closing all the outstandings and focusing on one loan by itself, but not sure if this is the best thing. Should I just keep better control of putting aside an amount every month to the 3 allocated areas? Or one big loan?
