Who would care for Aging Seniors?

Advances in Medical Science and the Work-Time Constraints of the Young, tend to have alienated aging Seniors mostly left alone in dangerous situations. Despite the many comforts of City-Living, many Elderlies lack care and attention which privately-owned and professionally-managed "Homes-for-the-Elderly" offer. I envision a Cooperative-owned Marikina-based "Home-for-the-Elderly" as a caring community of returning "Balikbayans" &/or OFWs choosing to retire & expire proximate and accessible to their kinfolks in the Philippines. Would anyone co-venture with me?
