So on Fridays before i leave i get paperwork ready and what not for Monday and get the weekly shcedule hung up for my boss where all his paperwork and messages get hung up. Well today he said he never got it and never got anything on what jobs needed to be done today. So apparentley he sent guys to jobs and then other people started calling up asking when someone was going to be showing up at there house to do the work. SO my boss got all mad at me for not giving him the paperwork when i actaully printed it out on friday and hung up on his box and on Mondays i print it out again so he has another copy as well. Not sure what else do with it? I cant put things on his desk because its a disaster back there and he has three desks and has taken over his kitchen table as well. So hes not organized and never knows whats going on or just cant remember i dont know what it is. What do you think i could do?

In my opinion you should give him your paperwork personally. And I don't mean to do it only today, but always. That's how you can be sure that everything is fine and he can't get mad about you! :)

I agree with arpecubha. You should hand the paperwork to him personally. That way he can not say that you did not give it to him. Maybe you could afford to clean his desk for him to.

I actually don't do his paperwork for him anymore and have handed it on to someone else and have taken responsibility of actually doing payroll and permitting in the office and now i have foreclosure houses to inspect and clean every week.

Since you have everything all printer up, and can't leave thing on you bosses desk, because he don't have things in order, just give it all to him, that Monday morning, that way he can't blame you, if the paper work for the job order, are not on his desk, he need to stop being so junky with his work.

Your boss should not be that angry because you really did it. Why didn’t he get it? He should be well-organized. He’s the boss so he should be the model of cleanliness and orderliness in your office. Maybe it's better if you'll hand the paperwork to him next time so that it won't get lost and your hard work won'tget wasted.

if I were in your position, I would be mad at your boss . but if I were you, I would reminded him of everything, even the slight ones to make sure that I have done the jobs you have given to me.

You do not want to be fired for something that you did do. so hand it to him every day.

in that case, you have to give all your finished work to him personally from now on. Dont count on leaving some things on his table or else you might end up doing it again.

Once you have finished your paperwork for him, please hand them in his hands and advise when these will be used next time. Many bosses like that, they don't remember anything, just yell out all the time.
