mylot reputation decreases from 98/100 to 96/100

I just checked my reputation this moment and I found out that I decreased 2 points. I suspect that this is may be because of that one discussion which was deleted recently. I quite feel sad because this is the first time that I experienced that. I could say that when your discussion is deleted or at least the discussions you participated got deleted, it also affects the reputation. I hope that it won't happen again.
Had you experienced the same? Or are you even aware of this?

You have posted a referral link in a discussion yesterday. Such violations of MyLot discussions guidelines too may affect your reputation negatively. It is better to adhere with guidelines to keep reputation.

Yeah, I now understand that very clearly. Some of our friends here already told me about that mistake and i do really feel sorry for that. And there is no way I could delete them. i am just going to wait for the admin's verdict.

There's no need to worry too much about the reputation. It will go up again eventually if you keep participating and give positive and helpful responses.
My mylot reputation used to be 10 and now it dropped to 9. I don't know why I got the negative points, but that is alright with me. I don't often regret any response I give even when they are somewhat rude sometimes.

Hello cheri i don't think that's the main reason. I had lots of discussions before being deleted for unintentionally violated (maybe) some rules but I've never been deducted on that. I've been deducted from when we had a heated arguments from my religious topic I submitted. We deleted "friends" because obviously we were no longer friends...did you had an arguments with your friends before? If you had, well maybe that's one factor...nice day...

As far as i know I have never been into arguments with anyone because i usually respond on the positive side but of course that is no way of telling that for sure. i just hope no one does that here. I am not going to do that to anyone because it is not really in my character.

Well someone from Mylot admin answered me just now that Star will be gone.I started with red star(9) ,then got to Blue(97) and then i encountered a gang of idiots here who reduced my rating to yellow star(8).Finally i again got back to Blue star.All this seems to be a joke now, i will take a screenshot though of blue star to keep as a memory lol.

You are not alone my friend. I already have a deleted discussion, reason for which because i double posted it and which i actually asked from Admin.
I also have answered to posts that got deleted eventually.
Just keep on posting and enjoy it here. Don't just mind those things because they just happen.

I think most probably it might be due to the discussion getting deleted or someone might have negatively marked you. I also hope that it would not happen to you again and hope you get more increase rating. Best of lucks.

I've been writing on myLot for over 6 years, and I don't know anything about reputation, and could care less! I also never worry about my #7 star which I've had for over 5 years. My advise (if I was to give any) would be just have fun on here, and let everybody else worry about reputation and the number and color of your star!

Yes, a lot of stuff affects the mylot reputation, lie getting your discussions or comments deleted and getting thumbs down from other members too. So it is always important to give good and meaningful responses and not violate any rule.

Hi Cherigucchi, I was away from for couple of days and now I have come back but I am not getting mylot as it was earlier. I am not getting my reputation sign, new discussion option, income. I am not getting my friends discussion. But I can open my account. Could you please write me about the solution?

I believe the deletion in discussion is directly link to the reputation. The mylotters may have rated our discussion positively when they responded to our post . So, when our discussion is being deleted, all the responds and our comments are being deleted as well. Hence, the rating will be gone and thus lower our reputation, correct me if I am wrong so I could learn as well.
