May 1st.short holiday

Tomorrow is May 1st.in my country statutory holidays is 3 days.but our company only have one day holiday.so terrible!It means i don't have time go to home and see my parent or spend time with friends.in addition.there is no overtime pay!!!god!How about you my friend?

Ohhh, so sad - I'm sorry about that! Your company should reorganize their work time :)) Well, you can do something about yourself - go for a walk, shopping, do some interesting alone, hairdresser and things like that. It won't be lost time ;)

My friend, consider yourself lucky that you still have 1 day to rest and enjoy whatever you want to do. Here in Dubai, this is a regular working day. No overtime whatsoever so count your blessings every time.

May first is also a public holiday in our country but at work, we are working with Koreans so we are observing Korean holidays. For me, it's not only a national holiday. It's a very special day for me since May first is my birthday! I am at work on my birthday. Unfortunately, I also can't spend my natal day with my family because I only go home on the weekend. I guess you're luckier than me, you still get a holiday even if it's only one day. May you enjoy your holiday.

It's better to have one day off than nothing. I am happy to spend the day with my family. It's a good thing that even if my place of work has a distance from my home, I can still go home every day. Have a great day!

I have only one day off, better than nothing. I am looking forward to not coming to work tomorrow. It's been so long since my last break. I may not go anywhere tomorrow but I am glad there is time for me to get on with some house chores.
