Vitamin B is great for decreasing stress. Foods that are high in B2 were include leafy green vegetables, meat, milk, eggs, whole grains and fish. Vitamin B3 can help improve blood circulation, reduce cholesterol and help metabolize protein, fats and sugar. B3 foods can be found in peanuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, wheat germ and brocolli.
