Should marijuana be legal?

They're trying to pass a law that would legalize hemp as a cash crop in CA. The same place where marijuana is used for medical purposes. What do you think about this?

if it is going to be used for medical reasons, and can be controlled by the physicians who prescribe it, I say go for it. Seems so much money being spent on sending people to the moon, when it should be spent on finding a cure for cancer, aids, and all other major health diseases.
