Pinhole glasses

I have been using pinhole glasses for a year and I found it improved my eyesight slowly. But some say it is nusience. Do anyone have use it, please share your comment here. I am trying to promote this pinhole glasses as I have no income now. Iam 62 self support. Lonely Man.
