I have created this website, now how can I promote it?

I have have created this website about forex trading without risk. It is about help people without money to trade forex. Before I am able to help others, they must be able to see it first right? However I am wondering how I would able to promote so more people would be able see it? I would like to promote this site - http://adf.ly/19436/trade-forex so the poor people would be able to see it. What sites could I go to promote this site to Philippines, Thailand, India, Indonesia mostly to countries with people who like to improve their lifestyle without any money.
