Do you love your Kindle? Lots of people I have spoken to love theirs. I am about to exchange Kindle #4 for Kindle #4. I guess it's not such a good product for children. I had to exchange the first two because the charger bay (the end of the Kindle where you plug the charger in) got loose and it wouldn't take a charge any more. Now it's the screen. It started flashing colors, and now after a bit of use it just goes dark. Has anybody else been having Kindle problems, or am I special?

i have had my kindle fire for about a year and a half now, and have had no issues with it. granted, i do not have children and am the only person who uses it LOL. i carry it daily back and forth to work with me (i walk both ways, about a mile one way)....i use it both at home, at work, and actually read it while walking to and from. i leave it running for hours at night (while plugged in/charging) to stream pandora radio... The only glitches i have ever come across are in actual apps themselves that i have downloaded/used. Sorry you have had issues with yours! you must just be special! ;)

I've had mine since July and use it for about an hour every day. I love the ease of downloading books, often before a printed copy is available. I also love the savings made by having an e-book. I haven't had any problems with mine at all. Maybe you've got a fauty one

3 in a row? Well, really the first one was definitely my son's fault, the next two, we have no idea what caused the problem.
