Yes, Yallit, MyLot is moderated as well as ever. It is allowed - and even encouraged - to post links here, so long as you don't just post a link (there must be a good description and review of the link in question) and so long as you don't spam.
The new Community Guidelines are far easier to understand than the old ones and you should take time to read them - look for the "Help" link up there on the left next to your user name and avatar. They explain in detail what is and is not allowed.
