What do you know about doomsday?

Millions of us believe in Doomsday , that day which will be the end of our world , so if you believe , what you know about it ? If you don't : Can you tell us your opinion?

I don't know why they chose to put 'the spaced-out delusions of an exile on an island' in the same book as 'the good news that Jesus Christ brought.'
Were I to guess, I would suppose that the editorial-staff wanted 'a beginning' and 'an end.' Jesus Christ didn't say anything about the end (other than 'that it would come after the Gospel was preached to the ends of the earth')
But the end isn't the good news, so I'm not interested. (It MIGHT be in the Bible as MAN'S WAY of testing us to see if we would be tempted to read it 
)

Uncle Dr. J. To some of us (the ones that have accepted Gods free gift of salvation) The end of the age..OR doomsday as some call it. Is Very GOOD News...Because that means our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will make his second return to earth, and all evil will be gone.

Jesus ( Peace be upon him ) will actually comes before the Day of Judgment, but I do not think he said anything about the signs of it, or how he will coming , or the time that he will come down, and what he would do after his coming .
As you know Many thing are changed in the Bible by add or remove

@samar54 What the Bible tells us about the End of the Age, and signs to look for...False Prophets---These are popping up all over, and they are trying to remove God from everything....Wars--The world will come against Jerusalem, and Israel---We see this starting to happen.. Their are two wars that will happen and it looks like very soon..I think you can read about them in Psalms 83...and the other one in Ezekiel.... ..Damascus will be destroyed and cease to be a city.----This is happening right now...Christians will be killed because of their beliefs----This is happening all over the world right now..Just look what the Muslims are doing...Their will be a one world Government, money, and religion---This is being put into place right now..(The mark of the Beast will be implemented) The Jewish people will be building their third temple in Jerusalem...Storms, earthquakes, illness, exct. will become more severe and closer together 1 third of the people will be wiped out. If you read in Hosea it explains about all the Animal deaths that are taking place around the world...The Holy Bible talks about the waters turning red---This is happening more and more....Lawlessness will take over as in the days of Noah--Look at the abortion rate..The Gay agenda all over...Ect. Do you want more or is this enough for now....

I am pretty certain "doomsday" is inevitable. What I am not certain of is the timing. The universe has a million ways to kill us. Eventually, the natural vents will end our reign on planet Earth. Eventually, our sun WILL expand and expand and envelope our planet. The universe is a chaotic and dangerous place to live in any one place for the long term. How we adapt and handle the difference in the long term is the key. Will we move to Mars as temps rise on out planet and we terraform Mars? Will we move further to Jupiter's moon Europa as it warms? Or Saturn's moon Io? Doomsday is extremely unlikely in our life times, but is inevitable in the existence of man as a whole in the long term unless w take deliberate steps, universally to accommodate it.

No, the universe is expanding, not the sun, God has mentioned this in the Qur'an
[51-47] "And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander."
The world has become a dangerous place to live because of what humans are doing the invention of lethal weapons, because of greed and force them to others who do not have power,

Do you mean that people take steps to avoid the occurrence of this today?

I think,our world is controled by something or sombody who are much more powerful than us.They could choose whether there would be Doomsday or not.We can't do anything on this.But we could try to comprehend this world as their mind,do not do anything harmful to the world that is made by them.I think they won't kill us

Of course, who controls the universe is much stronger than us .. God is our creator and the creator of the universe including in it, and he has chosen that must be there a day of judgment, nobody know the time of that day , but is the Almighty, but preceded by signs guide us to approach this day. And I agree with you that we can not do anything on this day (except that we do of good work until God is pleased with us), if this came today will be the end of the world in which we live, and will deliver what made ??human hands, whether good or evil
I agree that we should not do anything that hurts this world or the detriment of those who live on it, but there are others who do not agree with us on this, unfortunately.
