Beijing is entering a raining season again,I can't forget one person drown in his car in the downtown area last year,add that recently a girl in ChangSha fell into a maintainance well in the street in a rain,and never came back,I really should care for it,and won't enter into deep water in the street.It's really a wonderful world,walking on street need to care for not to be drown.

It has been rainy here too for the past week...but our rainy seasons are nothing compared to what you get there from what i understand. It is true..one must be careful when the weather, particularly when driving. Many people don't realize that just one inch of standing water on the roadways is enough to cause your tires to lose traction and send you off the road.

There is no too much raining in Beijing actually,and only rain storm will cause the problem.

Yeah,I wish I can still remember swim after 10 years I didn't get into water.
I can clearly remember last year a whole road of car soaked into water,and most of them were under water. It's right the problem of sewerage system,and it should be the goverment's work,some of Beijing roads are in low place,water pooled there while raining,at that time,the well for venting water couldn't work,instead of erupting water for the reason of water level.
