How do you hold chopsticks?

How do you hold chopsticks? Can you use chopsticks well? I was not good at using them. But I practiced and improved it (^ ^) I can pick up even beans easily!!

I have only tried using chopsticks a few times an i was horrible at them. I would love to master them...and maybe i should try again, but for now i think i will just stick with a fork LOL!
