My middle and high school years I was in chorus. After school over I started writing my own music and sing my own songs. I love to sing its fun and relaxing. I like to sing, because it’s a way of expressing my self and because it helps me to let out all of my emotions. I sing along with my favorite songs in the car while I’m driving to work. It's exhilarating, time-passing, and stress relieving. I’m afraid to sing in front of people that I don’t know because I get nervous and freeze up. It will help in developing a positive mood while I’m singing. It does remove stress, it also helps me relax, and singing makes me happy. I turn the music on and sing. To the kind of music I really like. It can help promote relaxation and it helps me with my habits sleep. Singing and listening to music both of this releasing stress. I like to sing. I think if I consider that most of the time I sing without realizing it. I love music it cheers me up and when I sing I think I feel the music better. When I fall asleep listening to music I even wake up and sing. It’s like part of my life because I have been singing and dancing ever since I can remember.
