Three day weekend, no internet...

I called Comcast again on Friday night to find out if a tech was really coming out, and got the same nonsense, "hang on, we're going to send a signal to your box". "Wait, did you hear me say there is an existing problem and there's an open ticket." "Yes, I understand you maam, and there is a tech coming out on Tuesday." So I'm not holding my breath, but my internet, phone and upstairs TV may get fixed today. If not, stand back, Dearra may rip my face off. Meanwhile, my real estate agent is spending all this time researching the buyer's claim that my former home had a septic tank. It's not a septic tank, of course, we've already established that, but she doesn't think they're going to take our word for it, so she's crossing her t's and dotting her i's. Personally I think THEY should do all the work, but ok. And the Peggy Fleming box will probably be going home today. I got an e-mail from her husband saying he had send a letter with a check on Friday. I have no idea how much he's sending. I did tell him postage was only about $8.50, but I guess he's sending a small reward. Anyway, once I get the letter, I'll have an address to send the box to. Anybody want to take bets on how much they're sending? lol Kittens are getting big. They are so adorable. When I have internet at home, I'll take pictures and post them. There is one orange tabby, one tortoiseshell and a black and white with a green and a blue eye. The black and white is still to young to eat on her own, so I'm bottle feeding her, which is a pain. She has teeth though, so I'm going to try and wean her. And as for the three day weekend, Saturday was taking my cats to the vet, going to the cat rescue and then a graduation party for one of the volunteers. She has one of the first kittens that I fostered, and wow is he huge. Sunday Tony and I went to a car show. Not your mainstream car show, like at the LA convention center, but a lowrider car show. He was all into the hydraulics and stuff. But hey, I'm a girl. I'm all about the paint job! Yesterday was all about chores. Bla. And today, back to work, standing outside in the cold because there was a false fire alarm. That was my weekend. And yours?
