well..in the us i would say there is probably 2 most populat..(or three, depending on where you live) 1) baseball (the all american past time) 2) Football (though we don't mean soccer here...i am talking american football) and depending on your region...3) ice hockey....

I'm living in Peru and by far the most popular sport is Football or soccer. This sport comes from England and it is being played by most of the population here. However there are sports such as swimming, athletics and basketball that should have more support from state and private to be practiced.

Football is very good!But I'm a gril,I don't play it ...
In my country_It's table tennis,now I try to play it ... :)
