Before writing the formal content of this post, I really want to say millions of thanks for all of you who give me positive feedback on my introduction. Frankly speaking, I haven't thought there could be so many of kind-hearted friends in myLot, your enthusiastic welcome & friendly comments make me warm-hearted. Let me feel that I find a warm place where I could pour out anything in my mind. Those three years just passed away were really tough time for me. Two years ago, my dear boss immigrated into USA with her husband & son, and then a disgusting one coming who always deliberately challenges me whatever it's my fault or not. She don't give me any opportunity to exposure on front of top management and forbid me to attend any meeting out of department. Furthermore she delegated tons of paper work to me and made me over time work usually. I do extremely want to change my job. Moreover my father left me for heaven in the early last year. I miss him so much. He was my only relative since he divorced with my mother. Thanks goodness. I found a chance to internal transfer to another team and passed interview already. I think it is my new start for my new life. For my new position, I will take charge of products of baby care related for west region of china. God please bless me have good fate for my rest of life. Meanwhile I ensure that I will hard work and try my best to have best performance. Good night to all of you my dear friends. Bluek

i lost a parent recently and i know how difficult that can be......my thoughts are with you ....it is a rough time to get past. As to your new boss situation, i am glad you have been transferred to a new department/team of workers. change in upper management can be hard, as they often feel when they take over they need to change everything to how THEY want it, as opposed to seeing how the company/group already runs and sliding in gracefully........getting out of that department sounds like a positive move for you!! glad to see you came back and posted again, and glad you were "impressed" with how well you were received to MyLot...i have been a member for over 4 years...and i would like to think there is a great group of people here willing to share, respond and help when we can :)
