Explaining a Game without Words???

I am teaching students English this summer overseas and am very nervous about my teaching. It has been over a year. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to explain the following Name IceBreaker to ESL students aged 11-17 one student introduces herself and the person to her left. what country will you be teaching in? i assume you have at least basic mastery of that foreign language as well? i like that you are looking to get the class to know each other using an ice breaker game. best of luck to you! if i come up with any ideas i will let you know...
