So last January I posted this discussion about my experiences last summer with the people who bought my house and what I thought about their real estate agent: I had posted a negative review of her online: http://www.movoto.com/realestateagent/renee-friedrich Got lots of comments, mostly "you go girl", but also a few about why my agent didn't do a better job protecting my interests. Well, I got cranky and posted another one: http://www.movoto.com/realestateagent/maic-friedrich The recent experience with the buyers claiming the property had a septic tank and that we hadn't disclosed it really stressed me out. They were wanting compensation for a repair that they had done. Their agent just took their word for it that it was a septic tank, and came after us without doing his research first. Am I being overly cranky? Talked to my agent yesterday, still no reply, so I think they accepted her explanation. But she also said that she had a short list of people, agents, sellers, loan officers, and one buyer, that she would never willingly deal with again. These guys made her list. So I guess I'm not totally overreacting.
