Start working in a new enviorment is difficult

Hi there, I changed my job nowadays, I have to say goodby to the old co-workers and enviorment I get used to the almost 2 years and adjust the new work place, the new boss and colleagues, what' s more , I never do the fur case merchandiser before, now I need to learn everything like a beginner. even though I want to do faster and better, but ofen make some mistakes. I want to be a successful merchandiser with lots of experience and create more value than before, but it is rather difficult for the beginning. Do you have the same experience? Could you like to share with us?

Congratulations to your change,I think sales ralated job is the most challenge in our society,So it is also very promising,but it is really difficult at the beginning because you donot have enough resource such cusomer relationship?sales experience etc.So at the beginning you need to insist and keep positive attitude,you will be succesfull finally and can earn much money and even you can own your own company.good luck.

Thanks, the new company ask me to sign 5 years contract, if I leave within 5 years , I will pay 5000 yuan to the company. I am not willing to sign that unfair contract today, I said they treated me and I want over. Finally , they aggreed I need not sign that contract. I think it is good, I want to get experience now, if not, I am nothing. Even thouth the company is not so honest as I though at the first time. But under the bad economic enviorment, I need experience very much. It is a value treasure of my working life. I know my working life is not always as good as other people, hard to get well paid.
