Why are kids getting bullied

Is it because They get bullied because of there race, freckles, disabilities, hair color and anything that could possibly be picked on. Sometimes they even get bullied by parents, friends and teachers. Some kids often thinking about or are committing suicide because they cant handle the stress caused by these situations.
Why should kids suffer why wont bullying stop. is it the teachers fault? is it the parents? is it the friends? Or is it the kid background or colour to blame? All I can say is why oh why is this happening.

because the bullies wanna look cool in front of the friends so stupid because they cant fight with their fist so quick to pick up a weapon
