Purpura nephritis happens in young adults, most of about 4 weeks after onset, occurs in allergic purpura or has not all disappeared. Early has acute nephritis edema, hematuria, grain tube type, such as performance, serious when can appear renal hypertension, renal failure, uremia.
Seriousness of purpura nephritis we have learned that how to avoid to cause allergic purpura nephritis, and even cause more serious consequences? We need to understand its causes. So, the etiology of purpura nephritis have?Etiology can be caused by the infection such as bacteria, viruses and parasites of allergy, or for certain drugs, such as food allergies, or to plant pollen, insect bites, cold stimulation, etc.
The etiology of purpura nephritis have? Often related to the following factors:
1. The food, fish, shrimp, crab, etc.
2. Drug, antibiotics, sulfanilamide, isoniazid, captopril, etc.
3. The cold stimulation, plant pollen, eggs, mosquitoes, vaccinations, animal feathers, paint, etc.
4. Infection: a third 1 ~ 4 weeks before the onset of the cases has a history of upper respiratory tract infection, common pathogens are: virus, coxsackie, EB virus, adenovirus, chicken pox virus, rubella virus, hepatitis b, etc. Bacteria: salmonella, legionella, hemolytic streptococcus, etc. Mycoplasma, amoeba, worm.
