i joined myLot today since i want to know about the website, as it sounds like a English community club, people can train their English and btw, to earn some money.it's weird that i don't find sth. like BBS, so... how to continue?

Welcome to MyLot. It is a discussion and question and answer site where you can connect with English-speaking people from all over the world. Many people use it to improve their English.
MyLot ended their earnings program on May 1st, so you can no longer earn money from posting here, as you seem to think. You may have read about the earnings in an out-dated article somewhere.
You should read the Community Guidelines, which you will find under "Help" next to your avatar and username at the top of the page, and you will probably find it useful to read my short guide on How to Use MyLot:

@carolinay That's quite a good idea. A number of people do that. As you will see from the Community Guidelines, members are not allowed to criticise other people's English (unless, of course, you specifically ask for help with grammar or vocabulary), so you will find it to be, on the whole, a friendly place to be.
