Today I'm gonna look out the window and say: "This day is going to be great!" just because the sun is shining, just because you smile. That's normal to me, I'm always happy when you smile, but you know, what's normal to the spider is chaos to the fly...

There is a scientific basis for this. When you smile ,it makes to contract facial muscles. This will increase blood supply to some part of brain and cause increased secretion of NEUROTRANSMITTER SEROTONIN. It is the neurotransmitter involved in mood formation. Therefore smile, smile and smile.
