I am talking about the Peanuts comics stips that consist of Charlie Brown, Snoppy and Woodstock. Because of the prominence of the internet as well as smartphones, kids these days does not really need to read newspapers for their entertainment which kids used to do before. The author retiring and then dying suddenly didn't help the comic either. The only way kids know the peanuts gang is through merchandises, stickers and figure toys just like the one below.

Perhaps people can spread the awareness of Peanuts through comics or game apps. If Archie comics has a game apps, why can't Snoopy too?

it's still syndicated in newspapers and we can also read the comics online, but i wonder if kids today understand when snoopy battles with the red baron. and are there still kids like linus with his blanket?

This is why we who remember watching and reading Peanuts need to continue passing these great characters down to our kids. I still watch the christmas and halloween specials on T.V. every year!
