Stupid Sprint

So the ex isn't really diligent about getting the odds and ends cleared up. We've lived apart over a year now, and his life insurance is still coming out of the "joint" account (he puts money into it for me for the kids), my name is still on the Sprint account even though my phone isn't, and his name is still on my car title. Monday we went to Sprint to get that taken care of, because we both have to be there in person, and when they tried to set up an account for him, they kept asking him "did you live at this address", but they kept reading him addresses that weren't valid. So they turned him down, and we ended up leaving having accomplished nothing. Annoying. That night he called Sprint and talked to them, told them that none of the phones on that account were mine, that we needed to change it, and that he was planning on upgrading his phone and adding a line. Ohhhh.... Upgrading? Adding a line? Suddenly it's no problem, and if we go back to the Sprint store they will take care of it. Tonight we're going back to the Sprint store. I swear if the same thing happens again, I'm going to have a sit in until they fix it. On a nice note, the line he's adding is for our son. I was worried about how I was going to pay for a phone for him on top of everything else.
