From the moment that I've been tendering my voluntary resignation last April this year, I barely find so much difficulty in acquiring another work in spite of my experience and qualification. It was then almost 2 months job hunting on different stable and profiled companies, yet, I am still unemployed until to date. Sometimes, those good things in the past when we are on the good grounds could be inadvertently inducing and we started reminiscing on it again, but that's only the minds natural reaction. Nonetheless, I couldn't blame myself about the decision I've been made to quit and explore another environment since it was my sole discretion and it's final and conclusive decision. Furthermore, I am no longer happy with my environment and the previous implementation of management system in the company. I tried to adapt the newly streamlined system, but still it cannot eventually convince me to completely adhere the same due to its one-sided objectives a for my own understanding. On the other hand, I tried to put up and established a small business (a pest control business) which involves catering of pest control services and likewise offering solutions to pests problem.Unfortunately, due to the challenging competition with those well-established giant companies in the industry, I find it so much difficulty to closed deals and proposals to clients since I was a fresher entrepreneur and just started up to introduce the name and services of the company in the market. It was then therefore that I decided to momentarily stop for I am already running out of financial matters. In short, I failed. Along with it, and such other circumstances, I decided to focus on finding a job for me to earn money to support my financial needs and in order to survive in the city. Searching online hiring everyday is my daily routine hoping to seek opportunity for employment. However, for several companies that I applied, still I have no final feedback received from them even though I've passed all the examination and answering well to interview questions. Looking to my qualifications, I have more years good experiences in supervising people in the operation and customer service, coupled with the expertise in handling claims and risks management and other technical matters either in the operation or administrative. With this, I am wondering why acquiring a job is such a very hard struggle for me. The job positions that I applied which mostly fitted to my qualification and experience seems very aloof to me. Why is that so? Did I cannot satisfy the interviewer or the employer itself? My fellow mylotters, did you experience the same way as i had today? What are the best move and technique in conquering situations like this? I had hoped you could shared your thoughts and ideas to my concerns. Thank you!
