i get something like different lately, when I got difficult to well-sleep at night.help me solution

Don't think you need 8 hours, 8 is an average, humans need 6 to 9 hours. Many sleep only 6 hours- Margaret Thatcher was one. You need a clean, warm bed, a dark room with no distractions; put the cell phone and computer in another room. Write down thoughts and worries that keep you awake to be thought about tommorrow after breakfast. Try that it might help.
