Following the death of a child bitten by stray dogs, Parliament established within 14 days , stray dogs are kept in shelters, after which, if not claimed or adopted, to be euthanized, the possibility to postpone euthanasia if if there is accommodation and food, the mayor or commissioner may postpone euthanasia of dogs in shelters. How is this law? Do you think there are other solutions that dogs should not be euthanized?

I think they should put them up for adoption or leave them in the shelters. Euthenising! they too have a right to live

I totally agree, I do not agree with euthanasia, the problem is that there are 70,000 street dogs in Bucharest and only 4-5 houses where dogs fit more than 15-20,000 .... What can we do if the authorities do not did nothing for 10 years?
