Last August 19 was my seventeenth birthday and fortunately, I celebrated 3 times. The first was the day before my birthday. My college friends came over for a simple afternoon snacks of spaghetti and barbecue. Then we watched movies and giggled and teased each other. It was really fun especially when they gave me presents. Stick-o and Hany wrapped in columnar sheets! Undeniably, BSA students! The second was, of course, on my special day. We went to SM North even if it was really raining hard. We ate at Man Hann and then, we went to the bowling center because we were supposed to have a game but unfortunately, there was a bowling tournament so we ended up going to the movies. We watched “Bakit di ka crush ng crush mo?” and it was really cool and cute although I felt totally single because the scenes circulated around Kim and Xian who have a love interest. After watching, we headed home but not straight home because my brother and I headed to SM Fairview and gave me a Starbuck’s treat! It was the best and most bloating day. EVER. The last was on the 21st, which is with my best friends. It was also a mini reunion because the visitors were our batchmates. Actually, it was Klariz’s birthday but then, she shared it with me and Zy. After eating, we headed to our own separate ways, but we, girls, didn't. Of course, we headed to our favorite place - Khub! We sang our hearts out. Actually, most of the singing was done by Zy. Then after, we went our separate ways after saying goodbye. It was really one great celebration for me, actually, 3 great celebrations for me. I mean, I’m just a year away from being legalized and oh, my feels. I bet you take the hint that I am really happy. Anyways, next year, I hope it will be a blast as I turn 18. I am so excited!
