The cheapest prepaid cell phone service in America

I have searched far and wide and I have found no one cheaper than Platinum Tel for prepaid / pay as you go cell phone service. I put my mom on this plan about 2 years ago because it was cheaper than having her as a second line on my Sprint plan since she rarely talks enough to justify the extra $19.95 a month I was paying. Platinum Tel works on the Sprint network. Occasionally they even offer free phones or you can bring your own GSM phone and they will put it on their prepaid plan! The cost is just 5 cents a minute. I've challenged others in the past to find something cheaper...so far I am still undefeated! Do you accept the challenge?
