How to make Battlefield 3 run faster

This is for people with slower PC's (Mine has an Intel HD 4000, which makes it slower) What your going to want to do is install Battlefield 3 Settings Editor at Create a new profile (Not a registration, an editor profile) Change the settings like I have in the picture Change the console settings to DX11 Disabled, DX Deferred CS disabled.
