Do women deserve reservation in public offices?

women say that they are at par with the men at the same time they clamour for reservation.Do u think that this is fair? For example the Indian parliament is going to introduce a bill in the next session which provides for the reservation of 1/3 rd of the seats in the parliament for women?Women responders what do you say
