Hurting the One We Love

Why do we say we love a person, yet we do the things that will hurt them?. If they are there we ignore them, but if they are not around we find them. If the one we love is there for us, we look for someone else. If they are busy, we miss them. Most of the time, we do not appreciate the things that they do for us. We don't even think if they are hurt of what we're doing to them, or we used to be insensitive for the love that was given to us. If the time comes that they are tired of accepting the things that we've been doing, they will leave us. That's the time we realize the things that we ignore, and it's too late to correct the mistakes because they're gone.
