My SIL got a deer

I'm really happy my son in law got a deer last night. He was up in the deer stand for a long time yesterday and was about to get out and come home, because there was no deer to be seen, and then just before dusk fell there was a huge buck that was coming right toward him. He took it down and he and his father will process it tomorrow. My SIL's dad got a deer a couple of days before. They are processing it now. They will process the deer my SIL got tomorrow. It's a lot of work but well worth it. It puts food on our table. The meat is so lean. The photo is only of one plate filled with meat. There is another one and they are still making steaks and deer hamburger meat for spaghetti and stuff. Are there any hunters out there who put meat on their tables? I love deer jerky.
