When should I seek for professional counselor's help?

If you constant feel hopeless and helpless and unable to sleep. Feel very depressed and using alcohol, drugs, smoking , food or any other thing for coping this problem. Having relationships issue, carrier related stress or Surviving grief loss. You should look for professional counseling as soon as possible. Counselor are healer they help you in your difficult times.

By your definition very one should get a Counselor, I had all you have listed. I never seeing a Counselor in my life , may be i should ,I think we all have built in Counselor, I called the critic.
the critic is the part of you that comment,advice.analysis ,opinionated,critisize And Never Does Anything.
I know that I'm wrong , but that what I choose to believe, am I wrong again?
