It is harvest time. :-) Seems strange to me because everything in my region has been collected and now the ground is hard.

Sometimes it is shocking to see how desolate everything appears until planting time comes.

The harvest is a wonderful observation for me. It is a reminder of what nature gives to us from the work invested. There's rice, corn, milo, and peanuts where I am, and many of the farmers are going more with the peanuts, instead of soybeans. Due to crop rotation, and the higher demand for peanuts.
