How to Clear the Acne ?

I have gotten acne for more than 10 year. So upset am I. I want to be more beautiful and confident. I want to know some information to anti acne. Could you tell me ?

I don't know, but you might want to research on the Internet about what to eat to have a better complexion; plus wash your face before bedtime & don't put so much stuff on there during the day (except maybe some makeup, which you wash off A.S.A.P.)

Acne.org says that--for Asian skin--prevention is key; so keep yourself cleared up.
For the acne you already have, it works the same for all skin-types---benzoyl peroxide and/or Accutane. But DON'T SCRATCH IT OR POP IT! That leaves a risk of scarring. Just let the treatment help you wash it away
