Hitbliss. Earn money to watch ads.

Hi everyone. I am new to this site and I had a question so I'd figure now is a better time than any to join myLot. There is this app called hitbliss that lets you earn money from watching ads. I started using it and when I got to $6.00 (took maybe 15-20 minutes) It said that I reached my limit of earnings. I had to spend some money before I could make more. This is when I realized I couldn't cash out. You can rent movies, t.v. shows, or get a Pandora one subscriptions with the money. I emailed them and found in the terms and conditions that you can request a check or amazon gift card with your earnings if you prefer to get the money instead of renting shows and subscribing to Pandora. Any myLotters currently using hitbliss? If so have you ever tried to request payment from them? I am thinking about trying the Amazon gift card option as a bunch of 6.00 checks would become quite annoying to go cash. The earning here is really fast though. I made 10 dollars total on the first day. I bought a Pandora subscription after hitting 6 dollars then I earned another 4 to get the account back up. And this took half hour to 45 min. to do. I ask because they want you to fill out a w-9 before they give you any check or gift card, which is strange since it's only 6 dollars we're talking about.
