Im glad i am part of this site, i actually looking for something to do and bring me some fun and be socialized. I hope i will meet lots of friends here and i do hope to stay here for longer time. i love communicating people in different ways. Then that's it, hope someone will follow me in good ways. Hello Sheryl, if you are an active person try to find an indoor Badminton club. Somewhere they gather in a gym, recreation center or club to play it on a regular basis. It works for me.
You will enjoy the game,meet people who have benefited from it and they can tell you all about it. Most of them are usually friendly and helpful and willing to share their secret to being healthy and happy.
Wish you all the luck. If you can find any source that makes you happy, then nothing can dull your spirit. It should be sports or music or art,something that excites you....not somebody. If you have that secret to happiness you can make someone happy as well. Once you meet that person that enjoys what you do then you begin to share that together. Hope you feel what I am saying.
