Why plastic surgery?

Shouldn't people be content with how they look like rather can going through all sorts of trouble of cosmetic surgery. If god has created them like that then there must be a reason.

I don't oppose people who has severe fault by birth or by some accidents go to plastic surgery,but if a girl who's appearence is OK,I won't suggest her to do any plastic surgery.
In Korea,man worry about their beautiful wife or girlfriend is by birth or man-made,which will very affected their kid's looks.
So,dudes,are you willing to marry with a Korea woman.
