My cousin is applying for a job(energy management), and he is constantly nagging me on how should he upload his resume, how should he dress for the interview, what will they ask for the interview and so on. While I am helping him with the best of my ability he is still not satisfied. So can someone give me some tips that will help him to stand out in the interview.

Be confident and answer every question confidently. Don't looked as if you are stressed out. In every interviews there are a bunch of questions that are commonly used. These can be found on web. Find there answers and say it in your own style. If they ask you about your weakness make sure you say something that is a weakness but not such a bad weakness. The main thing is not to get stressed, getting stressed will make you fumble and say the wrong things. Read this blog this will help you on preparing. Do as said in the job ans all the best.

First of all, he should have confidence, don't say"no"or"I don't know" . the first round of the interview is commonly a few simple questions such as" introduce yourself, how you plan your career, why did you leave the last company,do you have any a bit or weaknesses, etc.
