A saga that I can't talk about in full length anywhere

Here's a story about a corporation, a story so complicated n twisted that nobody wanna listen to over extended hours - I've been running a company that's worth $20M, for a decade now, n it wasn't my choice n I got so tired of doing it I just wanna escape - but I just couldn't, 'cause the backdrop of the company has been jam-packed with all kinds conflicts n legal troubles, incl. crimes committed I tend to come up with solutions n ideas to clear up the situation WHEN I talk about it rather than think alone, but I can't talk about it truthfully with board directors or shareholders or lawyers or CPAs or whoever else, because of serious conflicts of interests that arise in each of the parties I figured I need a neutral party to listen to what I have to say, who doesn't know anything about specific facts, so that I can find the way out myself while talking without the risk of causing trouble - he/she doesn't have to be an expert or consultant or anything, all that is required would be attentive listening I'm so in need of that, I've been thinking about hiring someone for the job (listening to me using skype video chat, probably with hourly pay over paypal) - but it seems, most "pay-per-chat" services out there r for adult contents or outrageously charged useless consulting services damn, where can I find a good person who would listen to me for a fee
