I am enjoying my cup of hot tea in this cold winter morning. I am a great fan of tea. What about you ? Do you like tea or you prefer coffee to tea? There are some very good health benefits of drinking tea. 1.Tea reduces the risk of heart attack. 2.It makes your immune system more active and powerful. 3.Tea protects your bones and makes them strong. 4. The amount of caffeine presented in tea is much less than in coffee. 5.Tea is good for our teeth and gums too. Enjoy your cup of tea ...... Have a very nice day ......:)

Yes you are so right , as a person grows old his or her immune system becomes weak and tea is a better option for making that work properly . If we have tea with Tulsi the goodness of tea increases more . Thank you for reading an commenting :)

What a nice topic! Hello, girl! I'm from Hangzhou China. Do you know that Hangzhou produces the most famous and expensive tea in China ---green tea Longjing(dragon well). I also like to drink tea. I like the mild fragrance coming from the Longjing tea.

I adore tea Aunt Mary, though lately I have been coffee girl. Tea is very good for you I agree. I always have it when I get ill also, it helps with antioxidants. The taste is divine also with some nice crisp cookie or biscuit. For Afternoon Tea at 3!

good to know all you posted but unfortunately in my country Nigeria, tea is totally out of the question as majority of people there run away from tea it is also watered down with enough milk and sugar funny though

Yes I know that Nigerian people are big coffee drinkers but in my country India most of the people love to have tea. You can have tea without milk or sugar like green tea , black tea , lemon tea :) Thank you for the comment Boma :)

yes it is very interesting that your people are so "scared" of tea lol....well , you see, all types of tea are made from plants without any man-made additive, you can just enjoy different taste of trees, leaves ,flowers, fruits mixed with the sunshine, rainwater and the fresh air...like you through into an amazing inspiration while each drinking. ...one of the chances to directly contact with the essence of nature.lol. in China we call this " Cha Dao". its kind of our culture. ;)

I love them both, and I agree about the health benefits on tea. my family and I are very big fans of green tea because of its health as well. I even bought a green tea book for a paper that I was going to write for college...of course to the teacher who wasn't a big fan...well I lost the grade oh well I am still a fan and always will be.

Hey i am too a great fan of tea, actually tea has become a part of my daily life. usually i choose different tea according to seasons, time sections and physical condition. for example now is a good season to drink black tea. however chrysanthemum tea would be ok if you have to face to a computer every day or suffer from excessive internal heat. wish you keep fit my friend ;)

I think tea can equal to medicine sometimes. When I was busy preparing my exams this semester in college, my facial skin became terrible and I suffered from dry eyes. I drank chrysanthemum tea for one week, and it made me feel much better. However, I think if we develop the habit of drinking tea properly, we will be more healthy.
